Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Delivery time will be different depending of the country. As a consequence,  delivery dates must be taken as a reference. If more accuracy is needed, please do not hesitate in contacting us.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time:

  • Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.
  • The manufacturer and the Post Company process the orders, which may take additional 2–4 days (Sat. & Sun. & Public holiday excluded).

Shipping time:

  • This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.
  • International delivery (Except for some countries). After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between takes about 12–22 business days (Sat. & Sun. & Public holiday excluded) to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
  • Most orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a Special Postal Service product.
  • Taxes and customs duties are not included in the item price or shipping charge. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • The shipping way of the small packet would be without tracking information after it leaves its original country so the tracking information will not update since then.
  • Note: We hope it arrives on time but since this is an international delivery, shipping time will be higher depending on the logistics company and local weather, customs/duties, postage, thanks for your understanding.

Specific items and Countries

  1. Some items due to their low value, size, characteristics or Countries because their special peculiarities may take until 60 days for the packages to reach their destination.
  2. On those circumstances specified above (1.) the seller will communicate with the buyer about the increase of the shipping time and in this case, the refund would only be available after exceeding the period of time notified by the seller.
  3. Please contact us first if you don’t receive your items after 30 days (Excluding those items affected for those circumstances specified above (1.)  
  4. If the buyer wants to use a faster shipping method, like EMS, DHL, etc, please communicate with us about the increased shipping.

*Delivery over 60 days. In that unlikely event, the customer will be eligible for refund with the exception of the customers informed about this circumstance before sending the package and had agreed about the delivery time.
